1. Since all our classes are conducted over internet, the quality and fidelity of the audio and video is dependent upon the underlying internet bandwidth available at the teachers end and students end.

2. Any potential lag or disruption due to the subscribers network is not Humanacalculator’s responsibility.

3. Humanacalculator's service is based upon the fact that the subscribers of the service understand that the condition of the device (on which class will be taken) , browser availability , minimum speed requirement, audio drivers and speakers etc. should be inline with the recommended standard.

4. If any session cannot be conducted for at least 45 minutes due to any Network related connectivity reasons at tutors end, Humanacalculator will replace the class with a new one. ( depending upon the availability of the tutors)

5. At any point of time the subscriber can terminate the service by giving atleast 1 week notice. The classes will be charged at the pro rated basis ( minus any of the promotional discount etc. ).

6. If the subscriber has already availed 50% of the class in the package and then decided to discontinue , then in that case there will be no refund for the remaining classes for the term.

7. Any indecent behaviour, speaking to the tutors in aggressive tone or soliciting them for services which are beyond the interest of Humanacalculator are strictly prohibited. Please note that each session is recorded for quality monitoring and training purpose.

8. As a subscriber to the Humanacalculator service, the terms and conditions are applicable to any usage related directly or indirectly related to Humanacalculator.com.au and are governed by but not limited to the terms and conditions defined here.
